MY COACHING STORY & STYLE
As far back as I can remember, coaching has always been a part of my life. Whether it began with coaching youth hockey or volunteering with the Boy Scouts of Canada
I have always found a sense of personal reward in helping and witnessing others develop themselves; building healthy and successful lives that benefit their families, communities, and society as a whole.
Since beginning my career as a professional coach over 15 years ago, I have focused my efforts primarily on helping men get out of their comfort zones, resolve barriers to their success and take control of life through action and responsibility.
We cannot correct what we cannot observe...
I have learned through experience that regardless of any personal ability or innate talent, there is no substitute for perspective. We perform better when we have someone who can help us recognize what limits our performance, and challenge us to stay the course. Having someone dedicated to seeing us accomplish our goals is crucial to maximizing our potential.
Your path does not look like anyone else's...
There is no one-size-fits-all formula for success. Using a mix of instinctual and investigative styles my coaching model is intentionally designed for an experience as distinct as you and your ambitions. With unbiased curiosity, I begin by engaging in a discovery where we identify what is truly important to you while uncovering the personal obstacles that may hinder progress. Once the objectives and barriers are clear we work together to develop a goal-oriented framework where we target results, measure progress and adapt accordingly. By adopting tailored life strategies and disciplines, failure is mitigated while success becomes the by-product.
